Fairly clean hotel in a nice building right by the bus station, train station, Central Plaza, expat area, restaurants, and bars, bars and the UD Town entertainment complex and train station and central Plaza and many other restaurants. The location particularly good and comfortable in the heart of town. Nearby Irish Clock - great place to chill out. A good stay for business trip.

Staff were attentive, room was modern and cheap with a big clean bed. Everywhere there was clean. This hotel had a very central position close to everything.

The staff at One Residence displayed exceptional hospitality. When I arrived with my heavy bags, they kindly carried them up to my room without me even asking. Additionally, on the day of my departure, they allowed me to store my bags so I could explore the nearby markets. The room was clean and spacious, with a fantastic hot shower. The hotel was popular with plenty of a decent size rooms. Everything was spotless, though a few employees were not so good. Our accommodation was set in a very central location adjacent to the Central Plaza, Food Stalls & Bus Station and about 5mins walk to Central Plaza. The restaurant was not very far from the property.
